Rockhampton

Yolandee

Becoming a Mentor for Employment First Aid has given me an opportunity to help others, change lives and bring a positive influence to the Youth of Rockhampton. My passion lies in helping them to achieve their goals, build resilience and ultimately help them sustain employment. I am excited to see my Participants grow and exceed their own expectations. I bring to the team over 11 years’ experience working in Administration and have also worked within the Hospitality and Retail industries, for a combined total of 21 years.

Mel

I am excited to come back to the IMPACT family and join the Employment First Aid team in Rockhampton as a Mentor to our Youth. I have worked within the Community Services/Employment Services sector for nearly three years now, most recently as a Recruitment Partner for a local Disability Employment Service provider. Prior to this I worked for IMPACT Community Services as a Support Worker delivering the ParentsNext program. My passion is to help others achieve their goals, build resilience and ensure they are better equipped for life’s journey. I also have extensive background in the administration, hospitality and retail sectors.
